Welcome to Rugby Pulse. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Ownership
Rugby Pulse is owned and operated by its Founder. All branding, design, code and app content remain the intellectual property of the Founder unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell or re-distribute the app or its content without written permission.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You must be old enough to use the app, or have a parent or guardian's permission if you are under 16.
- You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines at all times. Rugby Pulse may suspend, restrict or remove accounts that break the guidelines or these Terms, including (but not limited to) accounts involved in bullying, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, fake reviews or misuse of the reporting system.
4. Changes to the app
Rugby Pulse is in active development. Features may be added, removed or changed over time as the app evolves. We may also pause or discontinue parts of the service where necessary.
5. Content you provide
You keep ownership of content you create (profile information, match stats, reviews, photos). By using the app you grant Rugby Pulse a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the app to other users you have shared it with (for example, your team).
6. Limitation of liability
Rugby Pulse is provided on an "as is" basis. We do everything we can to keep the app reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rugby Pulse is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
7. Account closure
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
