Community Guidelines

Rugby is built on respect. Rugby Pulse is too.

Last updated · June 2026

Rugby Pulse is a community of players, parents, coaches and clubs. To keep it a positive, safe space for everyone — especially young players — every user agrees to follow these guidelines.

What is not allowed

  • No bullying — towards players, parents, coaches, officials or clubs.
  • No harassment of any kind, including unwanted contact.
  • No hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or background.
  • No fake accounts — your profile must represent a real person.
  • No impersonation of other players, coaches, clubs or officials.
  • No spam — including repeated messaging, off-topic content or promotional abuse.
  • No inappropriate content — including sexual, violent or graphic material.
  • No misuse of ratings or reviews — only rate clubs you have real experience with.
  • No misuse of reports — don't submit false or malicious reports.

What we expect

  • Respect coaches, players, parents and match officials at all times.
  • Celebrate good rugby — your own, your team's and your opponents'.
  • Keep feedback constructive. Disagreement is fine; abuse is not.
  • Look out for younger players. Set the standard you'd want them to learn.

Reporting a problem

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, use the Report button on the content or profile. Reports are reviewed confidentially by Rugby Pulse moderators and Super Admins. See our Contact & Support page if you need to reach us directly.

Consequences

Breaking these guidelines can result in content being removed, features being restricted, or the account being suspended or permanently deleted. Serious or repeated breaches may also be reported to relevant clubs or authorities.

Thank you for helping keep Rugby Pulse a brilliant place for grassroots rugby. 🏉
