Copyright in original Rugby Pulse materials belongs to their respective owner.

Rugby Pulse's name, logo and branding may also be subject to trademark protection.

No content, software, design, branding, screenshots or other protected material from Rugby Pulse may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Scope of these rights

Copyright protects qualifying original works — such as code, text, graphics and design assets. It does not protect general ideas, concepts, methods or functionality in the abstract. Other rights, such as trademark or design rights, may apply separately where the relevant legal conditions are met.

Rugby Pulse™ is used as an unregistered trademark. No claim is made here to any registered trademark, patent or government registration.
